Bonanto comes to us from Barcelona, and it's built around a wine base, featuring over 30 botanicals which have been macerated at their aromatic peak, including the likes of basil, bayleaf, thyme and wormwood. Alongside these helpings of herbs are a selection of citruses, apple, and a cherry distillate. Suitable for simply sipping over ice, but can also be used in cocktails and spritzes.
