51% rye, 37% corn, 12% malted barley. Considered to be the perfect Rye whiskey to use in an Old Fashioned, due to the fact that despite this is one of the more fruitier rye whiskies out there, which provides a great balance between spice and softer flavours to marry with syrup and bitters. There is some spicy heat at the start, but this mellows quickly to introduce notes of runny caramel and foam bananas. It's brilliantly balanced, even at the higher ABV of 50%, meaning it'll work in both cocktails and just as a sipper.
