Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon is one of a very small number of bourbons made entirely on pot stills, and is bottled at the higher than usual strength of 46%. A young, strong yet elegant bourbon, displaying less sweetness than most standard-issue bourbons, with delightful herbal, spicy aromas and flavours.
