A small batch blend of Malt and Grain whiskey. The blend is said to contain a high proportion of first-fill bourbon cask whiskey, and a higher-than-normal ratio of malt to grain. On the nose, cut grass and orange blossom. Allspice, hints of vanilla, apple pie and blackberries. It has a spiced, rich palate with rose petal jelly and lemon curd. Creamy vanilla, hints of dried herbs and cinnamon, followed by a floral, herbal finish with caramel on the tail.
