An impressively-aged Cuban rum from Santiago de Cuba, 11 years in oak have amplified the fruity, tropical character of the sugarcane molasses. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, green banana, black pepper, caramel, vanilla, grilled pineapple and coconut that linger in the finish.
