Matured in white oak ex-Whisky casks, this seven year old rum is full-boded, offering aromas of freshly ground coffee, toasted almonds, cocoa, tobacco and a touch of caramelised banana. It is rich on the palate, balancing vanilla, smoke, ginger, prunes and coffee, providing a light sweetness that balances wonderfully with dry spice and fruit.
