From the Silent Pool team in Surrey comes their Rare Citrus expression which is produced with 4 different types of Citrus Fruits, Buddha's Hand, Seville Orange, Natsudaidai (a cross between Orange and Pomelo), Hirado Buntan (a type of Pomelo) and of they have the classic botanicals in there too (Juniper of course).Plenty of Bittersweet Orange notes running throughout with underlying Tarty Citrus Lemon before notes of Juniper and Spice develop to help finish things off.
