This Dark Cacao release from the Gabriel Boudier team is made with whole roasted Ivorian Cocoa Beans and these are macerated into the alcohol creating this wonderful dark coloured Chocolate liqueur. This creates a sweet and delightful bitter chocolate body which is great served over Ice or as a little treat over ice cream.
