El Gobernador is a Chilean pisco made from the Muscat Rosada and Muscat of Alexandria grape varieties. It is distilled in copper stills and then aged in stainless steel vats for up to one year. The result is a Pisco with a smooth, creamy texture and a long, lingering finish.
