This Mezcal release from Union Uno is made using Espadin and Cirial Agave, which is cut and Roasted for Four days. The Agave used is aged for between 8-20 years, and brought to us from San Baltazar Guelavila. This Mezcal is Sweet with notes of Vanilla and a Subtle Floral body with plenty of Toasted Smokey Agave to finish.
