A hand crafted mezcal made from two different types of agave, Espadin and Barril. Produced by a third generation mezcalero using traditional methods, including roasting the agave in a ground oven and grinding it with a horse drawn stone wheel. After fermentation in a pine and cypress wood vat, it is then double distilled in traditional copper stills.
