The flagship expression from Penrhos, this dry gin takes blueberries, rose petals and cherry blossom from the distillery's own farm in Herefordshire, along with honey, juniper, pink pepper and cardamom. The fruit is macerated in alcohol for 24 hours before the rest of the botanicals are added for another 24 hours, and then it is distilled. A stunner with elderflower tonic and a handful of blueberries.
