This is made in an independent micro distillery in the highlands of the Jalisco mountains, in Mexico. The high altitudes here are ideal for agave and creating remarkably light, balanced tequila – and this will taste just as smooth neat as it will in a Margarita. This award-winning Blanco is the distillery's prized work, and GQ magazine called it “a brilliant and affordable option if you’re looking for a classic tequila”. Expect flavours of earthy agave, citrus and black pepper.
