Nestled in the southern countryside of Barbados on a former sugar plantation sits Foursqure Rum Distillery. This authentic working distillery is renowned for it’s sustainable practices and delicious selection of rums. The Doorly’s White Rum is aged for 3 years though you wouldn’t think it by it’s appearance. After maturation the spirit is filtered to remove the colour but not the flavour. It’s fresh, fruit with tropical fruit notes and hints of coconut – clean and delicious.
