This fresh and intense Tio Pepe Fino sherry from Gonzalez Byass has been made from carefully selected butts from the estate’s cellars. Made solely by using Palomino Fino grapes, the nose offers aromas of bread and fresh yeast, followed by nuts, citrus and saline throughout the palate. Serve slightly chilled with fish or seafood.
