Named after Japan’s oldest lighthouse, Hatozaki Blended is a blended whisky from the Kaiyko Distillery. This is a well-balanced combination of malt and grain whiskies, sourced from Japan and overseas. Maturation takes place in a variety of cask types, including sherry and Mizunura, resulting in a layered expression with notes of cherry blossom, honey and pears.
